Anforderungen
- A completed master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in designing, advising on, or delivering AI and machine-learning solutions in manufacturing or other industrial environments
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial value chains, and the practical requirements for introducing AI into production and operational workflows
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for industrial AI solutions, including data quality, system integration, robustness, scalability, maintainability, and deployment under real-world operating conditions
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their operational context, and translate between business, production, and technical perspectives
- Good knowledge of data engineering, scalable data infrastructures, and the integration of heterogeneous data sources, including sensor, machine, production, and enterprise data
