Aufgaben
You will play an active role in administration, research and teaching, which means:
- You will support Univ.-Prof. Dr. Florian Möslein in building a team characterised by openness, cohesion and mutual support.
- You will work on your dissertation and its completion, as well as other independent research activities, with the aim of deepening your own specialist and academic knowledge.

Anforderungen
- An above-average Master’s or Diploma degree in Law, qualifying you for doctoral studies, or a comparable qualification
- Demonstrable knowledge and areas of interest in civil and/or corporate law, with digital dimensions respectively
- Demonstrable interest in international and interdisciplinary research, preferably in legal issues related to legal tech and/ or artificial intelligence
- Teaching experience and experience in conducting research projects; practical experience is desirable
- Initial publication activity is desirable and experience of participating in academic conferences
