University Assistant (Praedoc)

Our group is interested in cancer survivorship projects implementing novel web-based tools to guide life-style behavior and surveillance programs of children and young adults surviving cancer supported by the Austrian Comprehensive Cancer Center (ACCN). Our study will also implement a structured biobanking of cancer survivor blood samples to systematically fingerprint genetic (CHIP) and chronic inflammation as a result of previous cancer therapies to finally link long-term sequela of these therapies to secondary outcomes.

• Systematic collection of clinical data.
• Software tool development and biobanking including many multi-omic technologies (RNASeq, multiplex cytokine quantification, multiparametric flow cytometry techniques etc.).
• Data management, preparation and processing
• Presentation of the results to scientific and non-scientific audiences
• Data analysis and publication of the study results

We are looking forward to
